Digital Product Delivery
VinIQ reports are digital products that are generated and delivered instantly upon payment. Due to the nature of digital delivery, reports are considered delivered once generated.
When We May Issue Refunds
We may consider refunds in the following situations:
- Technical failure: If our system fails to generate a report due to a technical error on our end
- Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same report twice within a short period
- No data available: In rare cases where we cannot retrieve any data for a valid VIN
What We Cannot Refund
We generally cannot issue refunds for:
- Reports that have been successfully delivered
- Dissatisfaction with the information contained in the report (we can only report what data is available)
- Incorrect VIN or license plate entry by the customer
- Limited history on newer vehicles or vehicles with few records
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund:
- Email us at support@viniq.com
- Include your email address used for purchase
- Include the Report ID or VIN
- Explain the reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
